Surprised was the least, I would say, when the long list unfolded,
To find out what I really loved about self, then I had to pay attention undivided.
Though after four decades of existence, I learnt that I love to write,
May be it actually holds a future that shines really bright!
On the top was the mention of my darling ‘Mathematics’,
Oh I so love it as much as the burgers and the pattice!
Heavenly pleasures I get when I lick my gelato,
Do I not love my status of #HomeQueen de facto.
Nothing comes closer than watching a bud bloom,
Sweating in the garden shoos away my doom.
Love the random acts of kindness that at times I indulge in,
Wont I love myself when I save a dime or two without splurging?
Delighted I am when calling a day off for cooking,
Or when I get the right seat to watch a movie in the theater without advance booking.
Nothing can bring better joys than wandering off to the new places,
Equally I love it when I pamper myself with new dresses.
Do I not love it when the life rhymes without a reason?
It never bothers me which ever might be the season!
The list is rolling ahead giving me much pleasure,
Cherished moments of the life is what I treasure.
I love my life, though its very ordinary,
I am alive to enjoy its bliss, isn’t that a luxury?
