There is no elevator to success, one has to take the stairs.

I took the stairs; one day – one alphabet at a time, just like many bloggers across the world. Reason? An urge to join the A to Z challenge. What was the outcome? A sense of accomplishment? Satisfaction? A worn-out feeling? Been-there-done-that pride? Vastness of the world around me? All of these and a lot more. A to Z challenge, turned out to be a test of endurance.

Upon completing the challenge successfully by surviving it, I am lost in reverie of reflections.

The first thing that occurred to me was the very first step that I took into the challenge. I had set out with a handful of aspirations. I labelled them ‘A to Z Aspirations’. How did these aspirations appear to me from the 26 steps up, when I check them today? This thought roped in a fresh new post…

‘Survive with grace’ was my motto when I made up my mind to plunge head into the challenge. A little bit of planning and scheduling of the posts, a great push from blogger buddies and rock solid fall back of Blogchatter helped me achieve it. A million thanks to my friends and regular readers for their constant encouragements and uplifting comments. I couldn’t have come this far without you all.

I had a theme that focused on living life light, taking every moment as it is and enjoying it to the fullest. With 26 stories from the ordinary day to day life, I highlighted the same essence. Going by the feedback I received on the posts, on various social media platforms, I am so glad that the idea of loving life and living it resonated well with readers.

I had thought of carving a niche for myself (sounds so lofty now!) Did I achieve that? All I can see that I now have paved the way with this challenge. The journey of thousand miles has just begun. I am so ready to walk ahead with uplifted spirits, new found poise and at my own peaceful pace; for I wish to smell the daisies en-route!

All throughout the challenge, networking was the most significant undercurrent that guided my ship of aspirations, never letting it go astray or sink! Had it not been the staunch support of Blogchatter, blogger friends, readers and well-wishers, I would not be in a position to write this post! Thank you is such a minuscule word. It simply fails to express my gratitude. Abundance can never be engulfed by the limits of horizon…

Now that I have weathered ‘A to Z Challenge’, the elevated spirit is reciting the lines by Robert Frost and those haven’t stopped echoing in my mind…

The woods are lovely dark and deep.

But I have promises to keep,

And miles to go before I sleep,

And miles to go before I sleep!

The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be only the beginning.
Waiting eagerly for your next post.

Well, the path to success is difficult, but the fruit is sweet enough to motivate us into enduring all the hardships. In the end it’s the journey that we remember the most, even more the success itself. Thanks for sharing such inspiring post.

You said it! Journey is always satisfying, destination is one of its rewards.

Dear Anagha,
It was a fantastic journey we celebrated with you and it provided us everything from A to Z. I’m sure you must have made some new discoveries about yourself. Still there are so many things you can write upon in your crispy style. That greaaaaaat writing style of yours made me your fan for one more time. Thank you for the laughters and the entertainment. Waiting for more from you.
